We competed on a major TV competiton and won Gordon Ramsay's Best Local Chinese Restaurant. This journey took me onto cooking for celebrities, VIPs around rhe world and being awarded an MBE for selling our range of sauces to the Queen. I've run numerous businesses where I have started them from scratch and built them up to multi - six figures. I have created businesses in hospitality, manufacturing, retail and publishing where I Co-authored 3 bestselling cookbooks in UK, USA and Far East.
