I was the co-founder of Sweet Mandarin restaurant which won Gordon Ramsay's F Word beating 10,000 restaurants. I was also the chief sauce maker of Sweet Mandarin gluten free sauces which was distributed to 10 countries and over 2000 stores. I'm honoured to have cooked for many VIPS and celebrities and taught thousands to cook beginners Chinese dishes and written 3 best-selling cookbooks. My latest business is Mabel's Chippy where we serve customers from around the M60 our gluten free dishes.
